Platinum Wealth Direct Property Fund
We are very fortunate enough to have our own direct property retail fund. This fund is open to all qualified retail, wholesale and internationl investors (see selling restrictions in PDS).
The fund enables us to directly invest into property transactions, ideal for our partner network. We also have the capacity to create segregated portfolios where we co venture with partners to have their own sub fund.
Currently offering a target return of circa 10% per annum with interest paid quarterly.
